My Philosophy of Childbirth

I believe birth is a normal physiological process and can be a profound, empowering life changing event when a woman is loved and supported during the process. I know that each birth plan is unique and every birth is different and perfect in its own way. I believe women were created to give birth and have the power physically and mentally to do so without being told what to do or how to do it. As a midwife my hope is to equip birthing women to physically, mentally and emotionally step into the unknown of labor, birth and postpartum and come out empowered confident parents.
